The Leadership Best-Practices Self-Profile is a self-profile that can be used to start or deepen understanding of individual skills as a leader. Coupled with a discussion about performance, this tool is an easy-to-access and simple to implement inventory of current leadership skills.

Those completing the Leadership Best-Practices Self-Profile respond to 42 behavioral statements, which measure perception of skills in eight competency areas, including:

The inventory includes worksheets for analyzing behaviors and creating development and implementation goals. The profile includes instructions for scoring and graphing results, analysis questions and development planning worksheets.

Each Leadership Best-Practices Self-Profile is set up as a saddle-stitched booklet with a heavy outer cover and colored interior pages. When closed, the booklet is U.S. Letter size (8.5 x 11 in. / 21.59 x 27.94 cm) and U.S. Tabloid size when open (11 x 17 in. / 27.94 x 43.18 cm).
