Refund policy

PPS International Limited accepts returns of physical products if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and are in a condition in which they can be resold. No returns or refunds are made with final sale items or electronic or downloadable items.

Customers are refunded the cost of the returned items, less a 25% restocking fee. PPS does not refund the original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the method and cost of returning materials to PPS.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please call +1 (864) 962-6789 ext.0 between Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time and include your order number and details of the order you wish to return or visit our cancellation page to submit a withdrawal request.

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law after receiving the returned order or proof of return. 

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including customized or personalized items and other products excluded by applicable law.
