Interaction Styles in Action: A Beginner's Microcourse in Influence

In this bite-sized, micro-learning course, participants discover how to recognize their own styles, identify the styles of others and adapt their approach for greater influence and stronger relationships.

Over a series of short, mobile-friendly lessons, participants learn to:

• Understand their preferred interaction style and how it affects their ability to communicate and influence others.
• Identify cues to quickly recognize other people’s styles.
• Flex their approach to improve collaboration, reduce tension and enhance results.
• Apply practical strategies to real-world workplace and personal interactions for greater influence.

The micro-lessons are released over 10 business days (Monday - Fridays only); some lessons released on same day and other days skipped to allow for application and catch up. Lessons vary in length from 3 - 14 minutes each. The course includes 7 lessons and a self-check once all lessons are complete, as well as a downloadable certificate of completion.

Participants also receive a code to complete the SOLO IS® online Interaction Style inventory and receive a report on their perceived Interaction Style as well as the Valuing Differences reference PDF, which provides insights as to how to work with various Interaction Styles, including worksheets for style recognition and planning to flex.

Once enrolled, participants have access to the course and lessons for 30 days.
