The Interaction Style Bundle includes the Interaction Style^® Self-Profile and Guidebook set and the Interaction Style Skill Card set.

This set is ideal to provide to participants in your Interaction Styles in Action program or other training programs and workshops that use Interaction Styles. Participants can use the Interaction Style Self-Profile to determine their own style, the Interaction Style Guide as a reference to working with others and the Interaction Style Skill Cards to reinforce and apply the skill of style recognization and style flexing. 

About the Interaction Style Self-Profile ^® and Interaction Style Guidebook

The Interaction Style Self-Profile^® and Interaction Style Guidebook are paper-based: easy to implement and use in live workshops, team building and other events.

Available in 14 languages.

The Interaction Style Self-Profile^® provides insights into individual's preferred Interaction Style and their perceived level of Interpersonal Acumen, sometimes called style flexibility. Individuals complete 58 statements about preferred behaviors and their responses transfer to a scoring page that reveals their preferred Interaction Style.

The Interaction Style Guidebook provides descriptors of the individual’s preferred Interaction Style. Embedded in the guidebook are an Interaction Style Recognition page and Influence Planning tool in order to support using Interaction Styles to be more influential. The Interaction Style Guidebook also includes specific guidance on recognizing others’ styles and adapting behaviors in order to be more influential.

Both the Interaction Style Self-Profile^® and Interaction Style Guidebook are set up as saddle-stitched booklets with a heavy stock paper and colored interior pages. When closed, each booklet is U.S. Letter size (8.5 x 11 in. / 21.59 x 27.94 cm) and U.S. Tabloid size when open (11 x 17 in. / 27.94 x 43.18 cm).

About the Interaction Style Skill Cards:

The Interaction Style Skill Cards are quick reference cards to support recognizing and flexing to various Interaction Styles.

Available in 3 languages: Chinese, English, Hungarian

Set of 3 full-color, laminated, double-sided reference cards covering areas such as:

• Recognizing Action-Orientation and Emotion-Orientation dimensions
• The Interaction Style Quadrants and related descriptions of the various Interaction Styles
• Style Flexing
• The Interpersonal Acumen Pyramid
